I am 8 months pregnant and have been suffering from swollen feet and ankles. It can be pretty painful at times. My sweet boyfriend bought some of this magic foot lotion and massaged it into my legs and feet. It was pure bliss, and I was left with this wonderful cooling/tingling sensation after he finished. I have not found anything that spells relief like this lotion does. I highly recommend it!!!

I first read about Dr. Scholl’s Peppermint Lotion in a Diabetic Magazine in my doctor’s office. It sounded interesting and since the Diabetic Association recommended it, I figured why not. Really hard pain pills sure didn’t do anything much for the pain in my feet or hands. I found it in the drug store and was surprised at the cost. I almost put it back on the shelf then, thinking nothing that inexpensive could work.

The next day the pain started in my feet and hands and I already knew the pain pills wouldn’t work, so I got the Peppermint Lotion out. My pain scale on a 1-10 scale was 9. I massaged the lotion in and within 30 min or less my pain level had decreased to at least 5. I had laid down and propped my feet up on a pillow, something that usually hurt as much as not using anything to relieve the pain.

I started asking people if they had ever heard of it or used it. If not, I always recommended it to them and om where to get it and how much it was. I always got a thank you after they used it. Now I send a case of it to a cousin who has the same pain as I did. He hadn’t heard of it before and doubted it would work. Since it was very inexpensive I told him I’d send him some and if it worked, then he could get it for himself. I refuse to let him buy it now and I send him a case every 2-3 months. It’s been worth it to send it to him, and his feet have improved to a point where he can stand it.

This lotion is great for hot tired feet. Makes them feel cool and soothed. Unfortunately Dr. Scholl’s changed the packaging from the previous upright bottle and now the lotion is runnier and a bit messy to handle to get it on the feet without drips.
