After years of heels, my toes were all scrunched up and I developed bunions. Even worse, the scrunched up toes would become frozen, leading to painful cramps at night. After perusing the foot care catalogs, it seemed that the remedy was separating the toes. Devices purporting to do just that were rather pricey($20.-$32.) for a mere pieces of foam. I came upon these in Kmart and bought them.

I have been using them for ten minutes a day for ten days and have already seen improvement. There are two foam separators marked left and right with five holes for the toes. A bit awkward to get on, you insert your toes individually from big toe to pinkie toe. I did initially feel a stretch which was a bit uncomfortable, but dissipated. The cool thing was that you see the impact of the realignment– your toes lift and separate and your bunions disappear while using the device. I see improvement. My toes are pretty much separate and the bunions are much smaller. I have suffered no more cramping. I hope that with time and continued use, the bunions will completely disappear. They are washable and come with minimal instructions for use. The brochure does include separate toe exercises that are done without the device. (It also warns the user not to wear with shoes, while driving a car and not to eat.)

At this price, it is definitely worth a try.

I am on my feet all day and by the end of the day I could hardly walk from so much pain. I tried many a pair of expensive work/walking shoes. Shoes recommended by shoe store sales experts. Bought 5 pair of the same shoe, 1 every 6 months. The new shoes would help for a while, but it became way too expensive to keep doing that, and not have the pain relief totally disappear.

Then I got this coupon for Flex-tastic and they were on sale, so I figured why not.

For me, this is the best product that I have ever purchased!! I no longer limp. The pain of walking is virtually gone. By the end of the week, there can be some fatigue, but I think that it comes with the territory of standing and walking continuously. I can actually walk down the steps in the morning with out having to take each stair one at a time.

It is difficult to get all 5 toes into the product, but from what I have experienced that is the point. To straighten and separate your toes. I wish I had taken a before picture, the difference in appearance of my toes is truly amazing.

I did buy a different pair of insoles. Not a gel type one this time, they would help for a day or two, but one that had a better arch support. Plus I bought a pair of cheap sneakers that had a heel, (my expensive shoes were flat), those 3 items in combination may have lead to my pain relief, but if I do not do, what I call my foot massage/treatment, say for 3 or 4 days, I can feel some discomfort coming back. When I do the 10 min. treatment, it’s gone the next day. It’s 10 min. out of my evening that I am willing to spend, because it actually works!

The only thing that does not work for me, is wearing them in the bath tub. They just keep slipping off. If I could override the 5 stars for this product, I would give it 10!!!

These toe stretchers are very good for the price. Some people have said they’re too big but they are pliant and bend so they should fit most adult feet with not much of a problem.

For the last few years I have had a problem with my feet and toes wanting to curl at night while I am sleeping. Any time I got out of bed, I would have to stand holding onto something while I tried to get my feet/toes to flatten out enough so that I could walk without falling over. On a whim, I bought these yesterday morning at Target and wore them for about 5 minutes when I first got home and then about 15 minutes while watching tv last night. I couldn’t believe the results… feet perfectly flat and balanced this morning when I got up. Wish I had known about these sooner… would have saved a few trips into the wall trying to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

When I first tried to put these on, my smaller toes were so badly cramped that I had to “reverse the process” by forcing the baby toe in first and stuffing the foam in between each toe…then inserting the larger ones instead of following the directions of starting with the big toe. Also… against instructions… I found that walking around a bit with them on actually seemed to help my entire foot to relax. I am not advocating going against their instructions… I am just telling what was successful for me.

I actually bought a pair of the expensive Yoga toes, which were great, and helped me cure my restless leg syndrome. But I lost them when I moved. I couldn’t bring myself to paying another [...] bucks for them, but really needed a pair for a bunion. Thanks to Amazon, I stumbled upon these and ran to Walgreens to pick them up. I wear a size 8 and had no problem with the size. The yoga toes are a little more sturdy, but these felt the same to me. Yes, it has one HUGE whole for the big toe, but it doesn’t interfere with its function. Overall, I think the Yoga Toes are “slightly” better. But these are fantastic for the price. If you have a bunion, pick up a pair!
