I’m flat footed & wear shoes with Orthotic Arch Supports inserted inside to help keep my heels, ankles, knee’s aligned & enables me to walk with no pain or discomfort.

Arch supports don’t excatly correct the flat foot, they just hold the foot in the correct position. Use them because they will help prevent bunions, found that out too late for myself, now I’m in constant pain.
