    Federal law reigns supreme over state law. Their state Attorney Generals should know that.

    Wow, I was unaware of this. If 38 states prepare to fight the federal government it seems to me that is a majority, at least of states. Also, I wonder what else might happen. I believe not too long ago there were statements regarding Texas succeeding from the union and I wonder if it will go that far where the 38 states just say “were done.” It seems like the politicians are just tearing the country apart.

    According to the National Conference of State Legislatures, formal resolutions or bills have been filed in opposition to the individual mandate in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

    Obama and these current democrats are the most divisive in my lifetime. They’re trying to force bills through that more than half of the people don’t want.
