Question by General Lee: Why are Republicans complaining that Obama won’t drag his feet on the Health Care issue like they want him to?
They’re saying he’s moving too fast on it?
And why are they concerned about debts now when
they had no problem with it to fund an Iraq war?

I just hope they read it this time, is that too much to ask?

They want him and the members of Congress to at least read the bill. So far, no one has had time to do that. Obama is trying to get it passed before they – and the public – have a chance to know what is really in it.

  2. Abox5 says:

They want congress to actually be given enough time to read the documents before voting on them this time. People are getting tired of being bent over by new legislation that is voted on before it is even read, just because Obama is in a hurry.

Theres alot of difference between war, freedom and liberty than a social program.

    the CORRUPT GOP AMA LOBBY

    and the CORRUPT INSURANCE PROFITEERS

The post office. People always have an option to use a very inexpensive stamp to mail their stuff, and the private companies have to compete with that.

    What a dishonest question.

This is what we are sure to expect from the “GOP (Grand Obstructionist Party”) for the next 8 years+….

  8. Texas Patriot says:

When Obama starts lying about what’s in the health care bill and how much it’s going to cost it’s time to slow down go over this thing with a fine tooth comb. He’s already lied about being able to keep our own health care plan.

  9. heathersonline says:

There is a difference between dragging your feet and being responsible! Obama wants to ram this bill through before anyone has a chance to really examine or debate it but that’s NOT responsible.

The fact is that Obama rushed thru the stimulus without anyone reading it and many are now seeing what a crock it is. His only chance of it passing is if he gets it rushed thru and he knows it. Even the Dems in Congress are not going to push it until there’s something that makes sense. There is a plan but it supposedly isn’t the final plan. Why would you vote on something when you’re told that they’ll make the necessary changes later. Who knows what those changes will be and if it will happen.
Obama care is inferior to what we should expect and if you want to see what socialized/nationalized healthcare is about watch this video. I’m posting this link on every thread about healthcare hoping people will see a real life situation from Canada.

Obama says the healthcare reform bill will be good even if it will cost more for less care. Obama is grasping. The mutton-head still says the stimulus is working when the record says otherwise.

Though the point is to force or allow everyone to read the damn bill, how would reading unconstitutional legislation over a greater period of time somehow magically render it constitutional?
